Is my BBQ eco-friendly?

How eco-friendly is my bbq? - I found this very interesting article on the guardian website about bbq CO2 emmisions damaging the environment.

As with anything these days you have to be mindful of damaging the world around us and I think that bbq emmisions are no different. The article explains the negative effect of energy consuming bbq products and avoiding toxic firelighters! To be honest it is normally pretty obvious when you taste something from a barbeque that has been rinsed in disgusting firelight chemical rather than something a little more natural. There is no comparison in my opinion.

I suppose you could settle with some ‘tesco own’ firelight fluid for about 5p but what’s the point!? I bought an amazing zip bbq for not much at all which was completely natural and didnt make my food taste of radioactive waste!

anyways here is a link to the artice i found! Happy bbqing!!
