Stackable Cars Solve Last Mile Problem

Electric Last Mile CarsI have recently come across an interesting article which has found a solution for the last mile problem. Basically what the last mile means is as follows.

When you get a train or a bus and you get off, it is the distance between there and your home. What the basic idea would involve is a stack of eco friendly electric cars stacked outside and commuters can grab them if needed.

The cars will easily be able to rotate 360 degrees, it seems like a good idea as it will eliminate the use of petrol burning taxis but what sort of approach will the government take with these vehicles, will it be some sort of car leasing method or a pay as you use method?

Stackable cars would be great :-)

But why don’t we just mount a buying strike on newly factory produced fossil fuelled motor cars?

Surely, the car companies would then have to get moving to produce something we actually want like this and which will save the planet?
